Zirconia Ceramic Liner
GOSCO mud pump Liners are designed to be interchangeable with OEM triplex pumps. All our liners are made with a high strength forged steel shell machined to fit triplex pumps and fitted with high pressure lip sleeve. The liner is precision machined to exact tolerances to keep the liner concentric. The sleeve is manufactured to the bore tolerances specified by API to provide longer life by reducing gaps between the liner bore and piston. After the shell and sleeve are assembled, the I.D. of the liner is honed to a perfect circle and polished to a mirror finish.
ZIRCONIA CERAMIC LINER：
GOSCO Ceramic Liners offer longer run times, lower operating costs and reduced risk exposure when compared to operating with chrome iron liners.
The ceramic sleeve material is manufactured from alumina oxide, known for its wear resistance, and has proven run times in all types of operating conditions. The outer hull material for large bore liners is manufactured from alloy steel to increase yield strength and aid in fatigue resistance. OM ceramic liners are corrosion resistant and have a smoother surface finish for reduced friction and heat.

Ceramic liners do not create ID ridges which are common in high chrome liners.
-ID ridges are a cause of piston failures.

Ceramic liners are pressure rated to pump performance by piston size.
